Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a growing and well-established women's health program. This role offers full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care within a collaborative, team-based environment supported by experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. The position provides access to advanced specialty support and a high-volume practice, allowing physicians to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Shared call rotation with an attractive schedule
Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services
Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures
Manage both outpatient clinic visits and inpatient care
Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in shared call coverage and delivery services
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
Deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
Contribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
DEA certification
Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
