About
Inpatient Adult/General Psychiatrist - 1099 independent contractor (fee-for-service). Adult inpatient caseload averaging 15-20 patients/day with 3-5 admissions. Perform initial psych evaluations, daily follow-ups, and discharge planning. Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team for care planning. Monday-Friday day shift; optional weekend coverage and evening phone call for own patients. Must be Medicare-opted and able to see Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and private payors.
