Location:- Dactur, GA Role Type:-, Full Time Job Summary: The X-Ray Technologist (Tech) performs radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of disease and injuries. The X-Ray Tech works effectively with patients and families and maintains a collaborative relationship with other clinic personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs Identify correct patient and verify the order, explain procedure to the patient Position patient correctly for radiological procedures Qualifications: Current ARRT certification required Associates Degree preferred X-ray/C-Arm experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and staff, always in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work independently Must be able to always maintain confidentiality Excellent interpersonal skills Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
