Current State Registered Nurse License Two years of experience as an RN preferred in palliative care or a healthcare/clinical setting Understanding of business processes and systems that support the healthcare industry and more specifically palliative care for seriously ill patients Experience in changing organizational processes to implement standard methods and practices Strong leadership skills plus expertise in customer service and employee development Possess good organization, people and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and strategies simultaneously. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, symptom management, emotional support, and education to patients and their families to enhance the quality of life during their healthcare journeys.
