InHome Connect is a community-based, palliative care program designed to provide an extra layer of support to patients and families living with serious illness. Palliative care is provided alongside curative treatment, addressing physical and emotional needs of seriously ill people. Our team members believe in treating the whole person, respecting and care for each other and making a difference in the communities we serve. Palliative Care Registered NurseWhat You Must Have:
Current State Registered Nurse License Two years of experience as an RN preferred in palliative care or a healthcare/clinical setting Understanding of business processes and systems that support the healthcare industry and more specifically palliative care for seriously ill patients Experience in changing organizational processes to implement standard methods and practices Strong leadership skills plus expertise in customer service and employee development Possess good organization, people and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task many projects and strategies simultaneously. Current State Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insurance Full Time Employee Benefits

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, symptom management, emotional support, and education to patients and their families to enhance the quality of life during their healthcare journeys. The nurse works closely with other members of the interdisciplinary team to establish and support appropriate plan of care for each patient. Working with InHome Connect
