Expertly using radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality images for analysis by physicians Engaging with radiologists and the healthcare team to support accurate diagnostic conclusions Carefully positioning patients and configuring equipment to maximize imaging results Adhering to strict radiation safety protocols for patients and colleagues alike Maintaining thorough and up-to-date imaging logs and equipment records Delivering compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience Contributing to a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging space Education and Certification Requirements
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Completion of an accredited radiology program Essential Certifications
An active ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment Key Skills for Success
