About
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and leadership-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. In this critical role, you will oversee hospital operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient staffing across all departments. This is a "Quick Start" position for experienced leaders ready to make an immediate impact in a community-focused environment.
Compensation
Pay Range: $58.00 – $63.00 per hour (Estimated hourly base)
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience. License: Active California RN License (Must be currently active). Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. NRP is preferred. Health Screening: Proof of negative TB screening within the last 12 months. EMR Proficiency: Experience with CPSI/Evident is preferred.
Facility Details
Facility Size: 50–149 beds. Housing: Local options are available in Arcata, McKinleyville, and Eureka. Search within a 20-mile radius for the best results.
