Performing detailed patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing customized care strategies Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health challenges collaboratively or independently, based on your credentials Educating patients and their families on wellness strategies, disease prevention, and management Prescribing pharmaceuticals and therapies within your professional scope Engaging in patient follow-ups and ongoing management of chronic conditions Working in tandem with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee consistent, patient-centered care Documenting meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR) Educational Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Mandatory Certifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to secure them within 90 days) Your Distinctive Strengths
