Support patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation. Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, height, and weight. Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to the nurse in charge. Assist nurses and healthcare staff with basic patient care tasks. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and dignity. Follow infection control, safety guidelines, and facility policies. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
