Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and document patients' vital signs accurately Ensure patient comfort and hygiene by assisting with bathing, feeding, and dressing Support nursing and medical staff with essential medical tasks, including medication administration Clearly communicate treatment plans and procedures to patients and their families, assessing their well-being and reporting any concerns to the medical team Requirements:
Associate of Science in Nursing Degree LPN Licensure for the State National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) BLS & ACLS
