This position is overtime exempt. Monthly Salary: $17,453.12 - $21,972.34 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Completion of an accredited residency program in area of practice. Must possess, or be able to obtain by time of hire, licensure as a doctor of medicine (MD) or doctor of osteopathy (DO) by the State of Washington. M.D. / D.O. degree; board eligible or board certified in a primary care specialty. DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) certification in the state of Washington by time of hire. Maintains current DEA licensure in the state of Washington at all times. Maintains current state of Washington Physician license at all times. Maintains current board certification with the national board of specialty area. Ability to be credentialed and maintain credentialed status with all contracted insurance providers. Obtains and maintains CHS clinical privileges. Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting. College health experience. Electronic Medical Record Training.
