Responsibilities:
Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents Administer medications and treatments Assess and monitor resident conditions Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support and supervise nursing staff as needed
Qualifications:
Current Ohio RN License Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
