About
Assist the pharmacist in the preparation of all sterile parenteral and irrigation products. Exchange all unit-dose cassettes. Utilizing computerized fill list, provide a 24-hour patient supply of unit-dose medication in individual cassette. Complete the accurate charge/credit notation for use by the data entry clerk. Accurately and legibly label all medication containers per established label format. Properly completes all extemporaneous pre-pack and manufacturing logs.
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have at least six months of experience in hospital pharmacy with unit dose IV additive experience or equivalent of one year general pharmacy experience. Must have the ability to type at least 15 words per minute. California Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure required. Fire Safety card required.
