About
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff Qualifications
Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification required High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent) Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must pass pre-hire competency test Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.
