About

Compounder Position in Kalamazoo AtWork Personnel is looking for a Compounder for our client in the Kalamazoo area. The role ensures quality and accurate compounding of product to be packaged and shipped to customers, sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, and reads and interprets formula instructions to select, position, and secure machinery. Must haves:
Good attendance record and longevity in work history Strong math ability with understanding of fractions and ratios Strong computer skills Ability to handle physical workload, lifting 50 lbs. on a regular basis Previous experience in food-grade manufacturing is strongly desired
Contract to hire after about 90 days with access to an amazing benefits package upon hire in- medical, dental, vision, life, 401k with company match, 11 paid holidays, 17 pto days first year!
