Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 PM EST Hybrid: Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Cumberland, RI office. (Thursday are mandatory) Training Schedule: First 2 weeks training fully onsite in Cumberland following the regular schedule of 8:30-5:00 PM EST
What You Will Do
Work in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive Call Center environment. Assist customers on the phone to provide Prescription Records and status updates on their requests. Process prescription records in a data entry system in response to fax, mail, and email requests from Regulatory Agencies, Courts (Subpoenas), Law Enforcement, Attorneys, Insurance Agencies, Patients, and other third parties. Must maintain the strictest level of confidentiality when dealing with Protected Health Information at all levels.
Required Qualifications
Must be able to work 2 days a week in the Cumberland, RI office. 1 to 2 years of experience working in a Call Center or Customer Service Environment where a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. 1 to 2 years of experience working with sensitive information and/or HIPAA. Must be able to function well in a professional team environment. Ability to handle inquiries, and exercise good judgment and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to master other related department applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, maintain flexibility, and manage expectations while meeting scheduled deadlines. Associates degree or equivalent certificate. Prior Patient Prescription Records experience. Legal or paralegal experience.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
