About
Rapid Assessment & Intervention: You'll be the first point of contact for patients in critical moments, quickly assessing their needs, initiating life-saving interventions, and stabilizing conditions.
Dynamic Patient Care: From trauma and cardiac events to acute illnesses and unexpected injuries, you'll manage a wide array of patient presentations, often simultaneously, always with a focus on delivering compassionate and efficient care.
Collaborative Teamwork: You'll work hand-in-hand with an incredible multidisciplinary team including ED physicians, specialists, technologists, and support staff, ensuring seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Patient & Family Advocacy: In the fast-paced ED, you'll be a source of comfort and clear communication for patients and their anxious families, providing updates, explanations, and emotional support.
Crisis Management: Demonstrating proficiency in crisis situations, you'll efficiently manage critical events, adapting quickly to evolving circumstances, and playing a crucial role in patient stabilization.

Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred, but we enthusiastically welcome ADN graduates!
Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Dakota OR in a compact state.

For experienced nurses, at least two (2) years of clinical experience within an emergency or acute care setting is preferred, but your passion and skills are what truly count!
