We’re Looking for a Dietary Aide: As a Dietary Aide, you will provide food and beverage service to residents. This position maintains the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, beverage machines, and all other work areas. Are You Ready to Make an Impact? Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm (including every other weekend) What we offer:Generous PTO and PTO cashout program Chime MyPay at Work pay advance An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always. Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always. Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required Experience in food service work preferred Experience in working with seniors preferred
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
