CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Overview: MLee Healthcare is looking for an experienced Full-Time, Direct-Hire, Permanent Certified Surgical Technologist to support surgeons and ensure safe, efficient procedures. The role involves maintaining a sterile environment, assisting with technical functions, and managing OR supplies and equipment. $7,500 sign on bonus Starting Pay: $30.00 an hour CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Summary:
The Certified Surgical Technologist supports surgeons during procedures and maintain a sterile field. Prepare and manage OR rooms, supplies, and equipment. The Certified Surgical Technologist assists with patient positioning, prepping, and surgical site verification. Perform instrument counts, handle specimens, and assist with cleaning and sterilization. Work Setting: Inpatient Shift Differentials: $6.00 night shift differential, stackable with $4.00 weekend differential, and a $1.25 evening differential Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Qualifications:
5 years as a Certified Surgical Technologist. Proficiency in endo-vein harvesting preferred (CVOR staffing). Ability to teach endo-vein harvesting techniques preferred. CST - Certified Surgical Technologist Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program. Certification from NBSTSA or equivalent. 20 CEUs per year. Benefits:
