Choose anywhere from 10–40 hours per week. Therapist-Owned Practice We understand the demands of clinical work because we’ve lived them. Mentorship in Pediatrics Great opportunity for PTAs transitioning into pediatric therapy. Collaborative Team Work alongside experienced OTs, PTs, and speech therapists in a supportive environment. Autonomy Without Burnout Have independence in your sessions while still having a team available for support. What You’ll Do • Provide pediatric physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT • Implement treatment plans focused on strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor development • Use play-based therapy techniques to engage children • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team • Communicate with families to support progress and carryover at home Compensation & Benefits
