Opportunity to build a thriving practice in a supportive setting Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques when appropriate Evaluate and manage patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and hospital staff to coordinate comprehensive care Participate in call coverage as part of the general surgery team Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-surgical care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in surgical practice Qualifications:Required Credentials - Board Certified / Board Eligible in General Surgery. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of New York Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution Skills - Strong surgical expertise, sound clinical judgment, and excellent patient-centered communication Compensation & Benefits:
Salary - $475K - $600K (commensurate with experience) Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
