About
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial screenings and assessments using validated tools to evaluate depression, trauma, substance use, and criminal risk/needs. Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions through one-on-one counseling, community-based services, and residential interactions. Develop and oversee treatment plans with clear, measurable goals tailored to each individual's needs and strengths. Collaborate & Lead
Serve as a clinical leader within a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed team. Guide the development, implementation, and recertification of treatment plans and Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Coordinate clinical input from therapists, case managers, advocates, medical providers, behavioral specialists, and direct support staff. Partner with program leadership to support crisis intervention and stabilization efforts using best-practice, trauma-informed approaches. Documentation & Compliance
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation to meet organizational, regulatory, and funder requirements. Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives that support clinical excellence and compliance. Grow & Develop
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities. Stay current with evidence-based practices and evolving clinical standards. Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as your experience grows. What We're Looking ForRequired
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience. Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills. Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care. Must possess CADC Certification Preferred
Clinical licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience working with justice-involved populations, community-based services, or residential programs. Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Why Join Us
