OB/GYN Opportunity in Southern Tennessee Part-Time Schedule | Strong Support Team | High Earning Potential A well-established women's health practice in southern Tennessee is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy, collaborative team in a growing community. This unique opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule, robust clinical support, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, well-resourced setting. Opportunity Highlights: 14 On / 14 Off Schedule: Alternate with an experienced OB/GYN for excellent work-life balance Established Practice: Join a stable and active patient panel with consistent volume Midwife & APP Support: Midwives take first call, enhancing continuity and coverage High Delivery Volume: Approximately 400 deliveries annually Surgical Opportunity: Access to laparoscopic cases; GYN admissions supported by a hospitalist program New Facility: Recently expanded clinic space designed for comfort and efficiency Earning Potential: Competitive compensation model with productivity incentives Compensation & Benefits: Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Full employed benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and EAP Paid time off, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance Student loan repayment assistance available Ongoing practice management and marketing support About the Facility: The affiliated hospital is a 99-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care facility serving a multi-county region.
