Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Nephrology. Current state medical license and DEA registration without restrictions Strong clinical skills and experience in caring for patients with kidney diseases across a variety of settings (inpatient, outpatient, dialysis, etc.) Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting cooperative decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Experience with value-based care models, quality improvement methodologies, and population health management initiatives preferred.
