Certified Medication Aide (LTC) Position: Certified Medication Aide (LTC) Address: 729 Henderson Rd, Hood River, OR 97031 Contract duration: 13 weeks with possible extension Shift: Variable – Days, 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed Guaranteed hours: 40 Key Responsibilities
Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions Document all medication administration accurately Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure safe, high-quality care Follow infection control and safety protocol
