Full Time / Competitive Pay Speech Language Pathologist job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders. You will work with patients to help them improve their communication skills and overcome challenges, enhancing their ability to engage effectively in daily activities. Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required. Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
Perform evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication enhancement strategies.
