Valid State licensure. Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed Responsibilities
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic interventions. Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes. Timely documenting visits.
