About
Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions Accurately document treatments in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Communicate resident progress, challenges, and recommendations to the therapy team Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and outcomes Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment Qualifications
Current California PTA license in good standing Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred, but not required Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $46-$51 Benefits (for eligible Full-Time and Part-Time employees):
