Schedule Day shift, 5x8 hours. Start times are variable between 0630, 0830, or 1100. Job Description Seeking a qualified Surgical Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical settings. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in various surgical procedures and be able to float between departments as needed. This role includes weekend shifts with rotation approximately once a month for call duties. ResponsibilitiesAssist in a variety of surgical procedures in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment. Prepare operating rooms, setup instruments and equipment for various surgical cases. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency. Handle instruments and maintain proper inventory management within the sterile field. Participation in decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments as per protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 2 years of surgical technician experience. Must hold a valid California state license. Current BLS, CST, and/or NCCT certifications required. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
