CVOR Registered Nurse We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse committed to providing exceptional patient care in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate should have critical care experience, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The role requires excellent communication skills and cooperation with the interdepartmental team. Location Asheville, NC Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Description We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse committed to providing exceptional patient care in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate should have critical care experience, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The role requires excellent communication skills and cooperation with the interdepartmental team. Responsibilities
Perform large-bore IV starts and assist with arterial line, central line, and epidural placement. Conduct skin assessments and prepare patients for procedures. Administer medications and monitor patient conditions preoperatively. Assist with patient transportation to the operating room, including positioning and skin prep. Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license BLS certification Previous CVOR experience mandatory Critical care experience required; PreOp experience preferred
