Software Engineering Manager Dublin My client is a market leader in the Digital Banking space, looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead their Software Development teams to elevate their software engineering capabilities, instil a culture of continuous improvement and innovate their Digital Solutions offering. You will be experienced in Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, Stakeholder Engagement and be well versed operating within the Fintech and/or Banking space. Software Engineering Manager - Experience required: 10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a leadership position. Strong technical background with in depth knowledge and understanding of software development, ideally in Java. Strong experience in Cloud Architecture principles with previous experience across AWS, CICD, and DevOps. Proven track record in the end-to-end delivery of production software, ideally within a SaaS environment. Ability to balance hands-on involvement, with team leadership, and architectural contribution. Strong Stakeholder Management experience with the ability to tailor your communication style/language to technical and business stakeholders.
