Responsibilities Included But Not Limited To
Play an active role in the BoosterPet medical team to provide quality medical care, model BoosterPet's core values
Be tech savvy
Support BoosterPet virtual care services
Complete detailed medical records with through medical history. Ensure medical records are accurate within the practice management system
Educate animal owners
Obtain thorough, concise history from clients Obtain and record accurate vitals Liaising with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure continuity of patient care
Follow all safety protocols to ensure safety of pets, clients, and team members
Administering medications and vaccines prescribed by a veterinarian
Maintain medication clerk licensure
Performing phlebotomy duties, and providing intramuscular (IM), intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous (SQ) injections
Restrain pets in a manner that allows necessary work to be performed, minimizes stress to pets, and ensures the safety of pets and people
Assist at front desk/kiosk and greet clients/patients upon entry
Answer phones and make appointments as needed
Requirements Experience required. We are willing to train people who are willing to learn with an upbeat attitude. Medication Clerk license preferred, will help you obtain if not currently licensed. You are willing to go with the flow to help a growing company succeed in both conventional and novel ways. Benefits

BoosterPet is a tech-forward vet community with two care lanes: LVT/VA-led Wellness Clinics and Urgent Care for those "can't-wait" moments. Most wellness visits include a live video consult with a veterinarian right in the exam room-telemed is run in-clinic for seamless care. How we work: Wellness clinics are completed by our talented Licensed Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants (VAs), with doctor support via in-clinic telemedicine; Kirkland and Minter (Gig Harbor) operate in-clinic only at this time We're hiring part-time and full-time Veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians who love smart tools, teamwork, and accessible care.
