About
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 6 months experience required.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Maintain a safe and professional environment. Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures. Maintain required records and documentation. Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Nice to Have:
One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Skills:
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric. Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Qualification And Education:
Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
