Physical Therapist- FT Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine $80k-120k annual salary + incentive-based bonus Founded in 2012, Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a private practice group of board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons delivering personalized, high-quality care across 18 locations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Our team specializes in sports medicine, joint replacement, arthroscopy, work-related injuries, and advanced orthopedic care, partnering closely with patients to help them return to an active, pain-free lifestyle. About the Role Precision Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support patient rehabilitation across our orthopedic clinics. This role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs Document care plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or sports medicine preferred Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills
