What You'll Do:
Conduct screenings and standardized evaluations to determine therapy needs Provide individualized occupational therapy services targeting fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and related areas Develop and implement treatment plans, IEPs, and 504 goals in collaboration with educators and service providers Monitor progress, document services, and ensure compliance with timelines and standards Manage caseload effectively to balance productivity with quality care Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic, student-centered support Discharge individuals when goals and outcomes are achieved
What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Licensure: Current State Board of Occupational Therapy License Experience: Prior work with developmental delays, autism, or in a school/clinic setting preferred Skills: Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
