Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field Certification from NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (N) required State licensure (if applicable) BLS certification required Minimum of 1–2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience Strong technical expertise, safety knowledge, and patient care focus
Nuclear Med Tech Contract Details
$3,860 - $4,073 per week* estimated weekly 12 weeks, with possibility to extend Clinic (outpatient) setting
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic procedures Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment to capture accurate images Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and comfort Analyze images and collaborate with physicians on diagnostic findings Maintain compliance with radiation safety and regulatory standards Document patient records, imaging results, and dosage information
