Looking for a Physical Therapist who focuses on manual one on one Treatment . We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life and is skilled in evaluating and implementing effective treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care
