About
Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches Provide in-person clinical coverage within the Langhorne clinic Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with PA regulations Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
Valid, unrestricted license in Pennsylvania as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAPC, or LMFT Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline) Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations Experience with group facilitation preferred Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred Familiarity with Pennsylvania behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
