About
Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming Feeding and hydrating patients Transferring and repositioning patients using proper body mechanics and equipment Measuring and recording vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans Participating in shift handovers and communicating effectively with staff Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient documentation Demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care Performing other duties as assigned by licensed nursing staff
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Jersey High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work Saturday and Sunday (required) Ability to work one additional weekday shift (optional, with $5/hr differential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients according to established protocols Prior experience in rehabilitation or long-term care preferred, but not required
