Join a dedicated outpatient therapy team in a vibrant rehabilitation center serving pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients across the Midwest region. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide compassionate speech therapy services in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on patient growth and recovery. What You'll Do
Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients' speech and language conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans involving patients and their families. Provide education and counseling to patients and families about treatment progress and goals. Coordinate and assist with patient discharge planning from therapy services. Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel to foster professional development. Education Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required. Licenses & Certifications
Current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 60 days of hire.
