Position Overview: As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a key role in diagnosing and treating patients using advanced imaging technologies. Your expertise will help ensure accurate and timely diagnoses, contributing to better patient outcomes. Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging techniques. Ensure patient safety by following radiation safety protocols and guidelines. Operate and maintain radiologic equipment with attention to image quality. Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and ensuring comfort during procedures. Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure precise diagnostic imaging results. Adhere to hospital protocols and quality control standards to deliver the highest level of care. What You'll Need:
Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent) from an accredited program. Certification: Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification. State License: Must have or obtain state licensure within 90 days of hire (Indiana State Department of Health X-Ray Machine Operator License). BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required; new graduates welcome to apply. Why Join Us:
