Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support to individuals recovering from illnesses or injuries. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families about health conditions and care procedures. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
