Facilitating surgical operations by prepping and arranging the surgical suite Ensuring sterile fields and upholding infection control standards Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by passing instruments and necessary supplies Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after each procedure Overseeing inventory and confirming readiness for upcoming surgeries Collaborating with nursing staff, anesthesiologists, and other surgical teams for holistic care Documenting surgical counts and maintaining detailed records Qualifications Required:
Graduation from a recognized Surgical Technology program Completion of high school diploma or equivalent preferred Necessary Certifications:
Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory BLS certification (or ability to achieve within 90 days of hire) Essential Skills and Traits:
