Responsibilities: Manages the day to day operations of the health andwellness component of the community to ensure the maximum levels of residentfunction ability, safety and wellbeing. Assist with medication administration and documentation forresidents in a senior living setting Observe patients/residents under treatmentto identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc. Monitor and recordvital signs Provide assistance as necessary with activates of daily livingAdminister prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basicmedical care tasks Collect lab samples Communicate with other members of theteam, residents, families and medical professionals Work as a member of amultidisciplinary team Requirements: LPN (Required) LVN (Preferred, not required) BLSCertification (Preferred, not required) Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitationstandards and procedures Excellent knowledge of medical and hospitalterminology Perfect physical condition and stamina Equal Opportunity Employer #EY71 Please visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
