Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), is responsible for the delivery of resident/patient care Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Vermont State LPN license by the date of employment. BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
