Ward Clerk Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for a Medical Records (Ward Clerk). The Medical Records Clerk is a very important member of our clinical team. They help to maintain the day-to-day recording and charting of medical information vital to the well being of our residents. They assist residents with scheduling appointments, transportation to different areas of the facility and answer non-medical resident questions. Other duties of Medical Records involve assisting the nursing staff as directed. Come and join our team of dedicated nurses and CNA's committed to the well being of the greatest generation. Medical Records Clerk Qualifications
Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of MDS assessments Knowledge of clinical computer software applications Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
