Patient-Centered Care: Greet each patient with empathy and clear explanations
High-Quality Imaging: Perform precise mammography using advanced equipment
Team Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists and clinical partners
Quality & Safety: Follow MQSA/ACR standards and ALARA principles
Mentorship: Support peers and learners in a calm, respectful environment
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Credentials:
ARRT (R) required
ARRT (M) required within 6 months of hire
Washington State Rad Tech license and BLS required by start date
