About the Job Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - El Paso, Texas We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient clinic in El Paso, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values a consistent schedule, work-life balance, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused setting. Living on the Eastside provides an especially convenient and easy commute to the clinic. Position Highlights:Outpatient clinic setting with a focus on primary care / Family Practice patients. Monday - Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights, no weekends - enjoy a predictable schedule and quality of life. Average patient volume similar to a typical primary care setting. Opportunity to work with a diverse and bilingual patient population (Spanish skills are a plus). Practice environment supports both autonomy and collaboration. Qualifications:Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP). Prior experience in Family Practice or primary care preferred Comfortable managing patients independently. Strong clinical and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits:$120,000 first-year salary (with potential for negotiation based on experience) Malpractice insurance coverage Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Additional benefits available
