About
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a classroom setting, assessing their needs and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement therapy strategies and monitor student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate services and support student development. Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple grade levels, ensuring inclusive and effective interventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Certified Clinical Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Colorado state licensure Minimum of 1 year experience working in school settings with K-8 students, handling mild to severe case loads Strong communication skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt to various classroom settings
