Mentors others in areas such as competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, National Patient Safety Goals, and participation in inservice education. Evaluates care given by staff. Coaches to improve care. Ensures standard of care is maintained. Exhibits a general understanding of the process for dealing with ethical dilemmas and understands and coordinates the process for obtaining an Ethics Consult. Coordinates patient flow on the unit to facilitate the provision of timely and effective care.
Job Requirements
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing One (1) year dialysis experience RN License with the state of Arizona American Heart Association BLS American Heart Association ACLS
Preferred
One (1) year of critical care nursing experience in acute care Charge Nurse experience Bachelors of Science in Nursing
