About
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred) Exceptional clinical and communication skills Ability to obtain a Georgia Medical License EPIC experience a plus

Position purpose:
Perform inpatient and palliative care consultations Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team Assist patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions; help manage physical and emotional symptoms of patients with serious and complex illnesses; meet with families and patients to determine goals of care and document patients advance care wishes. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient and family experience of care
